Homeschool Days | Glassblowing and Medieval Glass

Program times available between 9:30 am-12:30 pm

Come to Glencairn Museum for a special program for homeschool families!

•Watch live glassblowing by master craftsmen Jason Klein and Jeremy Thomas.

•Enjoy a hands-on activity surrounded by 13th century stained glass windows and medieval sculpture.

•View the skyline of the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding area from Glencairn’s tower.

•Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the grounds (weather permitting).

•Stop by the Bryn Athyn Cathedral for a peek inside and to enjoy the gardens.

Reservations required for programs slots that run from 9:30 - 11:15, and 11 - 12:45. The limit for each group is a total of 30 people (adults & children). When making reservations you will be asked which time slot you would like and how many people will be in your party.

Visits inside the Cathedral and on the Cathedral grounds are available from 9:30-4:00.
